Who Am I? Well I’m still working on that one, but here are some of the gifts I have gathered on this life’s journey that have brought me to where I am now, a practitioner of energy medicine known as Cellular Expansion and Healing. 12 years of intense training with Roshi Kapleau at the Rochester Zen Center taught me the self-healing power of meditation and mindfulness and empowered me to teach meditation and stress- management in hospital and other medical settings The rewards were great, and my students who continually taught me so much, inspired the creation of healing tapes, applying visualization techniques that had cured my own migraines. Drawn next to energy aspects of healing, I studied four years with Amy Skezas of Ca. to become a Flow Alignment and Connection Practitioner which introduced me to the powerful world of long distance healing, in addition to hands on.

The “greatest gift.” But the greatest healing gift of my entire life’s journey came when I began work, both therapeutic and coursework training, with Deb Schnitta of Vanati. Why? This work ended a lifelong struggle with an inherited bi-polar disorder, cyclothymia.

After six years of freedom from anxiety and depression I know this is a permanent healing. And what seems like a miracle, given the genetic nature of my condition, is instead the potential transformation inherent in this powerful new medical paradigm that works directly with the cells. My gratitude, freedom and inner peace has led me to study for ten years with Vanati . I felt that anything this powerful had to be explored and offered to others.

How does it work? As mentioned, C.E. works directly with your cells, inviting them to release constrictions and imbalance that may be creating dis-ease, whether physical, or emotional. I love the way my colleague Carol Reid words it…”you might compare it to the way our earth’s sun gently awakens the life force held in a seed that has been lying dormant through the winter…think about all that is available when the tight hard shell of the seed is warmed, softened and opened. In the same way, the gentle, respectful energy of Cellular Expansion touches the cells of your body, so that tight constrictions that hold imbalance and disease can release, creating health and growth.”

A session. I offer both hands on and long distance sessions. And although my training allows me to deliver the energetic transmission to your cells for activation, you are the healer and the authority. Together we co-create your focus, your intentions, your journey.
