Jude Goldstein M.A., L.M.T.
I'm Jude Goldstein. I've been living here in the Pittsburgh area
for the past year, where I have been welcomed so kindly and openly.
I bring with me Rosen Method Body Centered Therapy. Rosen Method
uses conscious touch, verbal communication and compassionate awareness
to release muscle tension, free the breath, open the heart and experience
one's true self.
Rosen Method looks for the physical "holdings" in the
muscles of the body and explores the emotional layers that are hidden-
underneath. As a result of unpeeling these layers, one can experience
relief from emotional and physical pain, less tension and more inner
ease and peace.
As your practitioner, my intention is to meet, with "listening
hands", all layers of tension and make them conscious, while
at the same time, reaching for the innermost self beneath the layers.
As the process unfolds, you may experience a deeper sense of self
as if uncovering an inner well. Coming to the well, you can allow
unconscious wisdom, suppressed love, creativity, and untapped healing
energy to become conscious, come back to life, expand and continue
to flower in daily living.
Rosen Method is a slow organic process. It is a "meditation
in relationship", as both you and I enter into and develop
a field of awareness and co-inspiration, a collaboration of discovery.
Although Rosen Method happens on a massage table, it is not massage,
as there is no muscle manipulation. Nor is it Reiki, as it is not
intentionally energy work. Nor is it psychotherapy, as no analysis
occurs.
Every session, and all of our interactions, are totally confidential.
I strive to create a safe container for you to explore your self
and for us to make a true connection.
Each session runs 50 minutes. My fee per session is $80.00.
My credentials include:
- Certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner
- Rosen Method Bodywork Introductory Workshop Teacher
- Master's Degree in Counseling from New York University
- Bachelor's Degree in Family and Community Development from
the University of Maryland
- 1,000 hour massage degree from the New Center for Wholistic
Health, Education and Research in Syosset, New York
- New York State License in Massage Therapy.
Please feel free to email or call me to ask any and all questions.

and healing together. It is an honor for me to be a part of this
deep and precious process.
Be well,
Jude
