It offers easy free parking, access to public transportation, good restaurants close by, free local telephone calls, and wheelchair accessibility. You may provide your own food for your events or bring in a catered meal at no extra charge, PLUS rates are very reasonable. Below are the rates for an average event of 5 hours. Discounts for multiple rental days are available. Weekday rates can be discounted.
